iOS availability

Standard App Store install
When the listing does not appear in Taiwan
Apple restricts real-money gambling apps by storefront region. If you cannot find WePari in the App Store, your Apple ID is set to a region where the app is not published. Your account is fine — this is purely a storefront setting.
Configuration profile method
Some operator sites offer a configuration profile as an alternative to the App Store. Where WePari provides one:
- Tap the profile download button and choose Allow in the dialogue.
- Open Settings and tap Profile Downloaded.
- Tap Install and enter your device passcode.
- Tap Next, then Install again to finalise.
Faster than a region switch, but profiles are not always available and can expire. If it fails, fall back to the storefront method.
No-install option: Safari web app
If neither route appeals, the mobile site can be pinned to your home screen and behaves almost identically to the app:
It opens full screen without Safari's chrome and gives you the complete sportsbook, casino and cashier. You give up push notifications and offline caching. For many iPhone users in Taiwan that is enough, and it takes twenty seconds.
Biometric login

Common iOS problems
- "Not available in your country" — storefront region. Follow the switch above.
- Cannot change region — outstanding store credit or an active subscription is blocking it.
- App will not update — you switched your storefront back after installing. Switch again temporarily.
- Crashes on launch — force close, restart the device, reinstall if it persists.
- Face ID not offered — enable it in the app's security settings, not just iOS settings.
- Profile expired — reinstall the profile or move to the App Store route.
Backups and new devices
The app stores nothing important locally. Balance, open bets, verification status and bonus progress are all server-side. Restoring from backup or moving to a new iPhone simply means reinstalling and logging in.
One caveat: a new device restores apps from your current storefront. If you installed via a switched region, you may need to switch again to reinstall.
Banking from iPhone
