The normal way in
Log in with whatever you registered with — username, phone number or email — plus your password. The mobile app remembers you for far longer than a browser does, and can use a fingerprint instead of a typed password.
Turn on two-factor authentication
The platform offers 2FA and you should use it. Not because WePari is unusually risky, but because of what the terms say about responsibility.
One thing to remember: if you are changing phone numbers, switch 2FA off before the old number stops working. Otherwise the codes go somewhere you cannot reach and getting back in becomes a documents-and-patience exercise with support.
Lost password
Use the recovery link on the login form. The reset goes to whichever channel is attached to your account — your registered mobile or email. Codes and links expire, so act on them when they arrive rather than coming back to it later.
If neither channel reaches you any more, the automated route is closed and it becomes a support case requiring proof of identity.
The terms also ask you to report immediately if you forget your password, if you think someone knows your personal details, or if you suspect another user is cheating or colluding.

If the account is suspended
Based on the operator's own terms, it is almost always one of these:
- A duplicate account was found — including one sharing your household, IP or device.
- Someone else's payment method was used to deposit.
- Verification failed or the documents did not match the profile.
- Suspected fraud, collusion or software-assisted play.
The route back is email to support-en@wepari.com with identity documents. Expect days rather than minutes. And be realistic: if a duplicate account is confirmed, the terms allow winnings from that period to be forfeited.
Spotting a fake login page
Cloned betting sites are common because the payoff is instant. Before you type a password anywhere:
- Read the address character by character. Swapped letters and extra hyphens are the standard trick and they are easy to miss when you are in a hurry.
- Check for HTTPS with a valid certificate.
- Be suspicious of anything you reached via a search advertisement rather than a link you already trusted.
- Never follow a login link from an unsolicited message, however official the logo looks.
- Remember that genuine support never asks for your password. The terms state this explicitly — WePari will never ask you to reveal it and will never contact you asking for password hints. Anyone who does is not support.
Habits worth having
- Enable 2FA before your first deposit, not after your first scare.

Session behaviour

If you find yourself signing in repeatedly through the day, that is browser behaviour rather than an account fault. The app resolves it.
Multiple devices
You can access one account from a phone, tablet and computer — balance and open bets are identical everywhere.
What you cannot do is share the connection with a second account. The terms permit one account per household, IP address and device, and require advance notification if two users genuinely share a connection. This is enforced through device fingerprinting and payment matching, not just email addresses.
Reporting security concerns
