The normal way in

Log in with whatever you registered with — username, phone number or email — plus your password. The mobile app remembers you for far longer than a browser does, and can use a fingerprint instead of a typed password.

Open the login formTop of the site, or the first screen in the app.
Enter your credentialsPasswords are case sensitive. On a phone, check autocorrect has not capitalised the first letter.
Complete 2FA if you have it onThe code lands on your registered channel and expires quickly.

Turn on two-factor authentication

The platform offers 2FA and you should use it. Not because WePari is unusually risky, but because of what the terms say about responsibility.

The wording is unambiguous: you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, and the operator is not responsible for misuse of your account by third parties arising from your disclosure of those details — deliberate or accidental, active or passive. There is no goodwill backstop. 2FA is the backstop.

One thing to remember: if you are changing phone numbers, switch 2FA off before the old number stops working. Otherwise the codes go somewhere you cannot reach and getting back in becomes a documents-and-patience exercise with support.

Lost password

Use the recovery link on the login form. The reset goes to whichever channel is attached to your account — your registered mobile or email. Codes and links expire, so act on them when they arrive rather than coming back to it later.

If neither channel reaches you any more, the automated route is closed and it becomes a support case requiring proof of identity.

The terms also ask you to report immediately if you forget your password, if you think someone knows your personal details, or if you suspect another user is cheating or colluding.

If the account is suspended

Based on the operator's own terms, it is almost always one of these:

The route back is email to support-en@wepari.com with identity documents. Expect days rather than minutes. And be realistic: if a duplicate account is confirmed, the terms allow winnings from that period to be forfeited.

Spotting a fake login page

Cloned betting sites are common because the payoff is instant. Before you type a password anywhere:

Habits worth having

  1. Enable 2FA before your first deposit, not after your first scare.
  2. Use a password you have not used anywhere else — especially not your email password.
  3. Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi you do not control.
  4. On a shared computer, actually sign out. Closing the tab is not the same thing.
  5. Keep your registered phone number current — recovery and withdrawal confirmations both depend on it.
  6. If you lose the phone itself, log in from somewhere else and change the password straight away.

Session behaviour

Desktop browsers end sessions relatively quickly — a security default that also means clearing cookies or using private browsing logs you straight out. The mobile app holds sessions considerably longer and can re-authenticate biometrically.

If you find yourself signing in repeatedly through the day, that is browser behaviour rather than an account fault. The app resolves it.

Multiple devices

You can access one account from a phone, tablet and computer — balance and open bets are identical everywhere.

What you cannot do is share the connection with a second account. The terms permit one account per household, IP address and device, and require advance notification if two users genuinely share a connection. This is enforced through device fingerprinting and payment matching, not just email addresses.

Reporting security concerns

The terms create an explicit obligation: you must report if you forget your password, if you believe somebody knows your personal data, or if you suspect another user is gaining unfair advantage through cheating or collusion.

Reporting promptly also protects you — an account compromise reported immediately is a very different conversation from one discovered weeks later during a withdrawal review.

What to check on your first login

Two things are worth verifying the first time you get into the account, because both cause problems later if they are wrong:

  1. Your name matches your identity document exactly. The terms say this data cannot be freely changed afterwards, and it is cross-checked against your ID and your payment method at withdrawal. A mismatch discovered then costs days.
  2. Your contact channel is verified. Until it is, bonuses will not credit and password recovery has nowhere to send a code.

Both take under two minutes and remove the most common causes of a delayed first payout.

Password practice

The account is directly connected to money, so the usual advice applies with more force:

If you enable biometric login in the mobile app, you can set a genuinely long random password because you will almost never type it. That is the single easiest security upgrade available.

Signing out properly

On a shared or public device, use the sign-out function rather than just closing the tab or window. A closed tab can leave an active session that the next person picks up.

The terms make you responsible for any misuse resulting from credential exposure, whether deliberate or accidental — so an abandoned session on a shared computer is your risk, not the operator's.

WePari in Serbia — the local picture

Serbia accounts operate in RSD, and that single setting shapes most of the experience. It determines which payment methods appear in the cashier, what the minimums translate to, and whether local rails such as Bank cards are offered at all. WePari supports over 100 currencies, so opening in RSD avoids the conversion premiums the terms make payable by the customer.

Payment rails that work here

The options Serbia players actually use are Bank cards, Skrill and USDT, within the broader list: Bank cards, Bank Transfer, Skrill, USDT. Deposits start around дин 1,100, withdrawals around дин 2,200, and payouts typically complete in 15 minutes to 24 hours once approved.

Cryptocurrency behaves identically regardless of country, which is why it is often the most predictable route. USDT on the Tron network is the usual choice for cost and speed.

What gets bet on

football dominates volume here, with basketball and volleyball following. The competitions carrying the deepest market coverage are Serbian SuperLiga and EuroLeague, with UEFA Champions League also well served. Fixtures involving Red Star Belgrade, Partizan and Vojvodina attract the widest range of markets available domestically.

Beyond domestic competition, international tournaments draw heavy interest from Serbia and carry the platform's most competitive pricing, because that is where liquidity is highest.

Language and support reality

The interface is available in 55+ languages and Serbian is among them. Support, however, operates in English, Turkish and Azerbaijani only, and the terms and conditions are translated into just English, Spanish, Turkish and Azerbaijani.

For Serbia players that means any dispute is likely to be handled in English, and the binding agreement exists in a language that may not be the one you browsed the site in. Independent reviewers flagged this specifically.

Legal position

WePari serves Serbia under licence ALSI-202409004-FI1 from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. There is no local licence. The terms place responsibility on you to confirm that online gambling is lawful where you live, and state that availability of the website in a territory is not in itself authorisation.

Practically, this means dispute resolution runs through the operator's internal process and then a jurisdiction with limited enforcement capacity — not a regulator in Serbia.

Frequently asked questions

What do I use to log in?

The username you chose at registration, with your password. Accounts registered by phone or email may accept those depending on how sign-up was completed.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Yes, and it is worth enabling. The terms place full responsibility for credential security on you and disclaim liability for third-party access resulting from disclosure.

I forgot my password. What now?

Use the recovery link. A reset goes to your registered phone or email. If neither is reachable, it becomes a support case requiring identity verification.

Why does the site not load?

Usually a domain rotation or regional access issue rather than an account problem. The app generally keeps working when a browser address stops resolving.

Will support ever ask for my password?

No. The terms state explicitly that WePari will never ask you to reveal your password and will never initiate contact asking for password reminders. Anyone doing so is impersonating support.
