The normal way in

Log in with whatever you registered with — username, phone number or email — plus your password. The mobile app remembers you for far longer than a browser does, and can use a fingerprint instead of a typed password.

Turn on two-factor authentication

The platform offers 2FA and you should use it. Not because WePari is unusually risky, but because of what the terms say about responsibility.

One thing to remember: if you are changing phone numbers, switch 2FA off before the old number stops working. Otherwise the codes go somewhere you cannot reach and getting back in becomes a documents-and-patience exercise with support.

Lost password

Use the recovery link on the login form. The reset goes to whichever channel is attached to your account — your registered mobile or email. Codes and links expire, so act on them when they arrive rather than coming back to it later.

If neither channel reaches you any more, the automated route is closed and it becomes a support case requiring proof of identity.

The terms also ask you to report immediately if you forget your password, if you think someone knows your personal details, or if you suspect another user is cheating or colluding.

When login fails

If the account is suspended

Based on the operator's own terms, it is almost always one of these:

• A duplicate account was found — including one sharing your household, IP or device.
• Someone else's payment method was used to deposit.
• Verification failed or the documents did not match the profile.
• Suspected fraud, collusion or software-assisted play.

The route back is email to support-en@wepari.com with identity documents. Expect days rather than minutes. And be realistic: if a duplicate account is confirmed, the terms allow winnings from that period to be forfeited.

Spotting a fake login page

Cloned betting sites are common because the payoff is instant. Before you type a password anywhere:

• Read the address character by character. Swapped letters and extra hyphens are the standard trick and they are easy to miss when you are in a hurry.
• Check for HTTPS with a valid certificate.
• Be suspicious of anything you reached via a search advertisement rather than a link you already trusted.
• Never follow a login link from an unsolicited message, however official the logo looks.
• Remember that genuine support never asks for your password. The terms state this explicitly — WePari will never ask you to reveal it and will never contact you asking for password hints. Anyone who does is not support.

Habits worth having

1. Enable 2FA before your first deposit, not after your first scare.
2. Use a password you have not used anywhere else — especially not your email password.
3. Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi you do not control.
4. On a shared computer, actually sign out. Closing the tab is not the same thing.
5. Keep your registered phone number current — recovery and withdrawal confirmations both depend on it.
6. If you lose the phone itself, log in from somewhere else and change the password straight away.

الدخول من أكثر من جهاز

يمكنك الوصول إلى حساب واحد من الهاتف والجهاز اللوحي والحاسوب — الرصيد والرهانات المفتوحة متطابقة في كل مكان.

ما لا يُسمح به هو مشاركة الاتصال مع حساب ثانٍ. الشروط تسمح بحساب واحد لكل أسرة وعنوان IP وجهاز، وتشترط إخطاراً مسبقاً إذا كان مستخدمان يتشاركان الاتصال فعلاً. يُطبَّق ذلك عبر بصمة الجهاز ومطابقة وسائل الدفع، لا عبر البريد الإلكتروني فقط.

الإبلاغ السريع يحميك أنت أيضاً — اختراق حساب يُبلَّغ عنه فوراً موضوع مختلف تماماً عن اختراق يُكتشف بعد أسابيع أثناء مراجعة سحب.

ماذا تتحقق منه عند أول دخول

أمران يستحقان التحقق أول مرة تدخل فيها الحساب، لأن كليهما يسبب مشاكل لاحقاً إن كانا خاطئين:

1. اسمك يطابق وثيقة هويتك تماماً. تقول الشروط إن هذه البيانات لا يمكن تغييرها بحرية لاحقاً، وتُقارَن بهويتك ووسيلة دفعك عند السحب. عدم تطابق يُكتشف حينها يكلفك أياماً.
2. وسيلة التواصل موثّقة. قبل ذلك لن تُضاف المكافآت ولن يجد استرداد كلمة المرور وجهة.

كلاهما يستغرق أقل من دقيقتين ويزيل أكثر أسباب تأخير أول دفعة شيوعاً.

التعامل الصحيح مع كلمة المرور

هذا الحساب متصل بالمال مباشرة، لذا تنطبق النصائح المعتادة بقوة أكبر:

• لا تعِد استخدام كلمة مرور. كلمة مأخوذة من بريدك تعني أن أي تسريب في مكان آخر يصل إلى هنا.
• حروف كبيرة وصغيرة وأرقام، عشرة أحرف على الأقل. الأسماء وتواريخ الميلاد وأرقام الهواتف أسوأ الخيارات.
• إذا فعّلت الدخول بالبصمة في التطبيق، يمكنك اختيار كلمة مرور طويلة وعشوائية فعلاً لأنك لن تكتبها تقريباً. هذا أسهل تحسين أمني متاح.

الخروج من الحساب بشكل صحيح

على جهاز مشترك أو عام، استخدم زر تسجيل الخروج بدل إغلاق النافذة فقط. تبويب مغلق قد يترك جلسة نشطة يلتقطها الشخص التالي.

تحمّلك الشروط مسؤولية أي إساءة استخدام ناتجة عن كشف بيانات الدخول، عمداً أو سهواً — فجلسة متروكة على حاسوب مشترك مخاطرتك أنت لا مخاطرة الموقع.
